Swiss dishes interpretated with a modern touch/Modern interpretations of Swiss dishes and international classics are combined in the La Terrasse Brasserie menu. “Simple but outstanding” is executive chef Stefan Beer’s motto for the versatile dishes, which feature selected high-quality products, most of which come from the region. This further strengthens the local connection and the close relationship with the local suppliers and producers in terms of sustainability. An exquisite selection of wines and beers complement the culinary offerings at La Terrasse Brasserie. To continue the success story of the La Terrasse restaurant and to raise the “vo hie” (local menu) concept to a new level, a third outlet is being developed at the Victoria-Jungfrau. Here, Executive Chef Stefan Beer will continue to write the history of the fine dining restaurant under a new name and in new premises as of spring 2022.
